Ok Hannah is my spirit animal. I love her sass and her ability to see through guys bullshit. Immediately love her. Then you find out about her past and the book goes from what you think will be a light and fluffy romance to something a little darker.
Then green-flag, who-you-think-is-a-red-flag, Garrett gives me all the feels. He is the best boyfriend and his intelligence is so good. I love how he was not hearing it when she wanted to end it.
“Baby, I could watch you watching paint dry, and I still wouldn’t be bored.”
“Now can we please go inside? I’m freezing my butt off and I need my fluffer to warm me up.” I narrow my eyes. “Excuse me?” She blinks innocently. “Oh, I’m sorry. Did I say fluffer?” Her smile lights up her whole face. “I meant boyfriend.” Sweetest words I’ve ever heard in my life.
