As always, Rick Riordan is a genius. It's amazing that he was able to mix Greek and Roman gods into one universe. I loved the characters, especially the main three, Jason, Piper, and Leo. They were incredibly well-written and fully 3D characters. 

I think it's a wonderful expansion to the Riordanverse. I never want Rick Riordan to stop exploring the world he's created. I can't wait to read the rest of the books in this series!
