I was a little skeptical of this one at first, largely because of the ratings it got. It seemed very middle of the road, which made me think I might not like it. As it turns out, I didn't mind it. I didn't love it, but I wasn't bored by it either.

It was a little confusing at times, and I didn't fall in love with any of the characters, but I like that the story involved coffee, had a sapphic romance, and went to Brazil. The ghost concept was pretty cool, I just wish there'd been a little more of an explanation for how it works.

Overall not bad. I read it for free and it only took an hour or so to get through. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it, but I don't think it's as bad as the reviews were making me think it was.

Also, the artwork was lovely and the color scheme, though a bit dull overall, was fitting and actually quite charming.
