Wild west magical realism about grief and love (when to hold on and when to let go). Both the MCs are very likable, in particular I found the exploration of Roy's masculinity, gentleness and craving for intimacy (both spiritually and physically) very compelling. Roy and Cecily's romance was so sweet, companionship born from necessity flourishing thanks to shared struggle and experience. Overall a very cute and predictable story.
