Something about Japanese authors and how they write about fictional life just makes you feel so emotional. There were 4 short stories in this and they're all literally centred around a cat and a girl. Reading this book felt like watching movies like Garden Of Words, Look Back, 5cm Per Second, and Ghibli films. Bittersweet and emotional.
