The Pilot's Wife by Anita Shreve

3.0

A quick, harmless read about grief and secrets. Certainly some predictable elements, some handled sloppily, but when I let myself accept the book for what it was, I found it enjoyable enough to finish. I appreciated that Shreve approached sensuality without exploiting it, and respected the readers enough to keep it from becoming a love story all together.
