This is one of the most strange books that I have ever read but in a good way. It’s honestly a super odd book because you hate the narrator and love her equal amounts throughout the book or at least I did. I really felt connected to her in certain ways. I think the whole concept of  the year of rest and relaxation is super unique and fun to read about. The book is super dark and can get a bit depressing at times so be warned.
