I'm steadily working my way through Christie's books and having read so many I sometimes think I'm clever enough to work out the ending. I thought I'd figured this one out but I was wrong, as is usually the case. That's part of the fun of her books though. This wasn't one of my favourites but I liked the village setting and Luke made for a pretty interesting detective. I felt the story dragged a little in the middle and I kind of wish Christie didn't conveniently pair off her characters at the end but otherwise it was enjoyable.
