See You in the Cosmos
by Jack Cheng
I was attracted to it particularly because it was recommended for Wonder readers. This book is mainly for younger readers, which I am not, but decided to give it a go anyways.
I think I related to this book in some way as I love Science and Astronomy, so I could see the obsession with space in Alex Petroski. I love the characters and the storyline, with the recording format of the book that makes it interesting.
However, this book can be quite draggy at some parts and honestly, quite repetitive.
Only around the last few pages and certain sections of the middle are interesting. It was fascinating to see the world from Alex's point of view, and to find out the truth about his family and his epiphany was indeed a great part of the book. Recommended for casual reading.
