If this was an adult fantasy, with darker themes, this book would be incredible. While the underlying premise was amazing, it needed to be darker-in a twisted, fantasy way. 

I loved the world Ewing created-from the three mothers, to other planets, to the different unexplored cultures we only got glimpses of.
