Such a great fantasy story with interesting and original magic system, fantastic side characters and absolutely loved the main characters. Heartwarming, funny, so sad, dark at times but so worth it. One of my favourite fantasy reads of the year! Writing layout was a bit odd on kindle so it was confusing at the beginning of each ‘section’ within chapters, and sometimes the shift between POV’s wasn’t that clear. But still such an enjoyable read.
