The Devil You Know
by Elizabeth O'Roark
4.5 stars
This gave me coballoway vibes and I loved every minute of it. The way Ben loved Gemma from the first moment he saw her and accepted her exactly the way she was, even though everyone else was constantly trying to change her...this man. Also, Gemma is just my absolute favorite and I related so much to her character.
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that I feel like there were some loose ends that never got tied off. Like Gemma's relationship with her dad, her SEVERE trust issues, Ben's family, etc. I just wanted a little bit more but despite that I still loved every minute of this book.
