I remember reading this book back when it was first published and it was probably what made me realize that I love ghost stories. Plain and simple ghost stories. Was the writing cheesy? Yep. Did 12 year old Megan eat it up? Also yes. Did 28 year old Megan enjoy it? Definitely. Can’t wait ti finally read the other two books in the series as I never got around to those.
