A difficult read that asks you to continually interrogate your humanity and what it means to be human without handing you an answer at the end. Pretty bleak read, but tinged with hope that you can’t help but cling to. If you like books where the narrative is straightforward or mostly comprehensible this is not the one for you.
Graphic: Cancer, Confinement, Death, Infertility, Terminal illness
Moderate: Suicide, Dementia, Grief
