I was able to finally review the book; with a bit of distance, I confirmed that this is a great ending to a very powerful trilogy.
This is genuinely military and political fantasy, truly delivered at the highest levels.

There were a few ups and downs; the book started weaker than the others, for me; it caught momentum and then lost it for a while. Until the epic ending.
Truly a great ending to this very fascinating series. I understand why people really like it; I truly enjoyed it.
