Five by Sara Cate, Rachel Leigh

5.0

Oh, the twists and turns that Five contained were EVERYTHING.

When I tell you I devoured this book, I seriously mean it, I couldn’t put it down. And when it was over, I was left wanting more.

You HAVE to read Four first. While Sara Cate and Rachel Leigh do an amazing job at making this book seem like it could be a standalone, it’s not. To understand the guys – Baron, Silas, and Gabriel, along with Iris – you have to have read Four. That is where you get their story, why and how they ended up together, and why there’s tension between the brothers.

It’s not hard to guess based on the title that another guy gets added to the RH. I’m a little conflicted with who gets added – I personally think it was a TAD too much – but, I still loved the story.

Five is an intense and steamy read, like really, really steamy. There were moments where I peaked behind me to make sure no one was looking over my shoulder and reading my Kindle, even though I was the only one home at the time. There’s one crazy, taboo steamy moment at the end that blew my mind and I shamelessly wanted more of it.

I can’t recommend this series enough! If you’re looking for a tabooish, steamy, crime-filled romance, then you need to read the Black Hearts series!
