I would recommend this to everyone. A must need read book in our Christian circles.

Lament is what gives voice to our pain. It’s ok to hurt, sorrow, and grieve. Lament helps us do this and build a solid foundation and heal. I listened to this on audio but have have a physical copy and will be going back. There are questions at the end of each chapter to help process thoughts and feelings.
