Love in the Scottish Fall Forest by Beatrice Bradshaw
5.0

The writer takes you by the hand into the Scottish Woodlands, her description of Perthshire made me feel like I was there.

The characters in this book are so lovable! Gennie is fun, young, confident and Nathan is this grumpy Scott and a protective single dad to Abbey, which clashed but also worked so well together. They really made me root for them. Their backstories are detailed and relatable, the past trauma they have to work through is heartbreaking, but so realistic. I love it when a story feels like it could be real.

It's a double POV closed door romance and has all my favourite tropes (grumpy/sunshine, forced proximity, age gap, single dad…), and it's spicy with open door scenes.

This was the first book I read from this series, but it won't be the last!

Thanks to BookSirens, the publisher and the author for giving me this Arc in exchange for my honest review.
