This book actually wasn’t as good as I remembered it being on my first read though. But damn that doesn’t mean it wasn’t fantastic.
This is such an interesting world with fascinating characters and monsters dwelling inside. I really really loved reading about Kate and August again and I swear it felt like I was reading it again. (Why am I so bad at remembering what happens in books?).
Anyway, I remember liking This Dark Duet considerably less than this so hopefully that surprises me on my read through.
