I Hope This Doesn't Find You by Ann Liang
5.0
This was such a fun and moving read. It was a simple story about a girl who carries so much on her young shoulders, who forces herself to grow up much sooner than a kid ever has to. And how slowly, she learns to be a kid again, to just be. That things are okay or will be okay. I love Sadie Wen so much, she is my daughter now :)) And the fact that Julius is her mirror image in every sense makes me feel for him so much too.
I love how they both learned that they're capable of loving and being loved without having to compromise themselves, their goals. They can just be themselves with each other- as insufferable, as infuriating, as competitive as they are- and I love that for them.
