Another epic conclusion to a Gwynne series! Bing-reading The Bloodsworn Saga was such a fantastic experience and I loved every minute of it!!
This book was packed with exciting battle scenes, the action sequences in The Fury of the Gods were insane. I feel like I was at the edge of my seat for most of the book, there were just so many intense moments - and as expected, some really painful & heart-breaking ones. My eyes stung a few times and I had to push through to keep reading (oh, and the acknowledgements at the end ... that really made me tear up).
Even though I'd hoped for a different fate for some of the characters, overall the ending felt very satisfying. I loved how the character arcs played out and that there were some unexpected twists & turns towards the end. The series as a whole was absolutely thrilling & entertaining and I'm already looking forward to rereading it!
