See, overall, I didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it.
The plot itself was fine, though a bit predictable, there was no point where I didn't know what was happening, or I was shocked by anything. Generally speaking, it was very low-stakes.
Besides that, I found Sadie Wen to be a very obnoxious character. I wanted to love her emails, and her more hidden side, but itncame out sounding kind of deranged at times, and I didn't really feel any spark between her and her love interest.
My main complaint is Sadie's "flaw" being that she's a huge people pleaser and it became really annoying at times to read from her perspective, but that is completely my personal opinion as I've seen multiple reviewers say that that's what they loved about this book, but alas, for me, it didn't quite reach what I wished it would.

Besides these complaints, did I hate the book? No, I just saw a few flaws that outweighed the good at times. I still think this was an overall decent read, but not a favorite.
