Once Upon a Wild Fling by Lauren Blakely

5.0

Oh, my heart, I want all the Hart's in my life! Once Upon A Wild Fling was so good, it was unputadownable, I want to start over and read The Heartbreakers from the very beginning again kind of good!

Lauren Blakely wrote a fantastic series that is filled with hot men, focused on family, and full of fun. Each Hart brother is perfect in his own way and it's hard to choose my favorite, but Once Upon a Wild Fling is about the youngest brother, Miles Hart, so let's talk about this hot, single dad,  rockstar.

Miles has had a great solo artist career once his brothers disbanded their brotherly teenage band of The Heartbreakers. Traveling around the world with his young son in tow, Miles has had quite the life, but when his brothers decide to begin singing together again and with his son beginning school, it seemed like the perfect time to stop touring and settle in one spot for awhile. Plus the view of one particular redhead makes it that much easier to enjoy his new home.

Roxy Sterling is best friends with Campbell's new fiancee, plus she's the sister of Miles business manager, plus there the small detail that Miles has no interest in getting involved with any woman since he was burned, actually make that badly burned, by the woman who ran so fast after his son was born that Miles is still recovering from the skidmarks of that relationship. So why is Roxy saying YES every time Miles asks to spend time with him? Why is she allowing herself to feel more than she should for a man who has made it clear he won't take things further? Why hasn't she told him her big secret that would send him making his own burn pattern right out the door? Maybe life is just one crazy wild fling and things have a way of working out.

Miles and Roxy are fun, easy, and just plain enjoyable to read. I couldn't help encouraging them every step of the way. If you want a series that will just make you feel good, pick up The Heartbreakers today.
