Really disappointing. From what I heard of this book before, I thought it was about a girl getting murdered and then watching her family/the police trying to solve her murder. It's not that. Well it is in the beginning but then towards the end I literally I forgot that Susie got murdered because it's not talked about at all.
her killer also never gets caught and just dies an anticlimactic death.
. This book is more about her family, her crush and some other characters moving on after her death. But even that isn't done in an interesting way. The pacing is painfully slow and it took me a long time to finish this. The only reason I didn't DNF this was because I wanted to know if Susie's killer ever got caught.
he didn't.
. This book was just so boring and was wasted potential.
