Fox Chase by Jeff Young

1.0

Poor punctuation.

Over-dependence on vocabulary instead of plot.

Flat characters.

Dialog is forced and stiff, as if the author is trying too hard to display nobility and station in his characters.

Poor word choice in several instances.

It's too easy to get lost in all the unnecessary description and explanation the characters provide. It detracts from the story immensely, and makes the plot seem dead in the water.
