Mrs Bradshaw's Handbook by Terry Pratchett

3.0

This is a nice piece of ancillary material, particularly after reading Raising Steam just prior, and getting to explore that part of the Discworld via the new railroad. We get to spend a bit of time at some rarely seen locations, and get some interesting background information on each one. It lacks the brilliant humor and sublime turns of phrase typical of Discworld novels, but there are enough bits of whimsy and humor to keep things fun. Completely inessential, but well worth reading for the Discworld devotee.
