well well well… this book just aged like milk i guess
i don’t know if i would have liked it if i read it earlier, but as of right now this was a total mess: i’ll call it the villain origin story of romantasy. the characters were extremely unlikeable (i rolled my eyes so much during dialogues and scenes that they started to physically hurt) and the plot didn’t ACTUALLY show up until page 300 (yeah! this book is 391 pages long!).
the plot, for the very little we saw (so when we stopped focusing so much on boys and sex and talks about boys&sex) was actually very cool and interesting!! i loved the ending part, genuinely… even got me wondering if i want to continue this series out of pure curiosity. we’ll see i guess…
