I tandem read this with Powerless and it was a top tier experience! This novella follows Adena and Makoto and takes place at the same time as Powerless. I loved getting to know both these characters and I fell in love with their characters and stories. Although this one was short it was impactful and I definitely recommend tandem reading it. I'm still thinking about how these 2 books ended and I'm definitely going to dive right into Reckless! I also listened to this one and the audiobook was fantastic!
