I hate DNF’ing queer books but I just didn’t like the premise - it was just too unbelievable that a man would give up an entirely paid vacation to an ex????  the characters were also not strong enough to keep my interest - I also read that about 50% of the book is the “third act conflict” which I ALWAYS hate and wish would go faster so no thank you
