I've been a huge fan of Judy Blume since 5th grade but haven't read many of her adult books. This was surprisingly spicy! I know it was a different time but I'm surprised at how Sandy let things happen to her, and how often douching was mentioned. Either way it was a good telling of how complicated marriage can be and I look forward to reading more of her adult books.
