Did not finish book. Stopped at 46%.
I couldn't finish this book because a book so infatuated with portraying abuse is not a book worth reading. The constant on screen abuse (both physical and sexual) to both adults and minors was too much. Every man in the story was written in the worst light possible with no redeeming characteristics. It was just a terrible book.
