Igraine lives with her dad, Sir Lamorak, her mom, Lady Melisande, her talking cat, Sisyphus, and her brother, Albert, at Pimpernel Castle. It was soon to be her birthday and her parents were making some sort of secret magical present. Then, something went wrong. The magic turned her parents into pigs. Only giant's hair could fix them, so the next day she would set off to get Garleff the Friendly Giant to get his hair.
She left the next day, wearing her birthday present armor. She set off to the neighboring castle where her friend, Betram, had the fastest horses. Osmund the greedy was king of Darkrock Castle and put Betram in jail, so she went and got him out. Betram loaned her Lancelot and set off to get the hairs.
Garleff was friends with her parents, so getting the hairs was no problem. On the way back, she was accompanied by the Sorrowful Knight of Mount Tears.
When she got home, Osmound had set up camp in front of her castle because her parents owned something called the Singing Book, which he wanted deeply. Igraine went to her parents and they started the transformation. In the end, Osmound left, and her parents weren't pigs anymore.
