Slow-burn police procedural with a stalker thrown in.
DI Carter has a lot to deal with in this but she's fortunate enough to have a good support network. Initially it's not clear how it all links in but it all ties up nicely in the end.
I did wonder about a couple of the characters but they turned out to be good in the end. Glad things turned out that way 😊
Gerry and Carter seem a good pairing for future crimes and their instincts seem good. They have different circumstances but I think they have a mutual respect for each other and that goes a long way.
