Yeah, pretty much like that. I guess the point was that all things end eventually, whether they're good or bad or whatever. In all of the other Narnia books there were what I'd call Christian overtones but it was really overt in this one what with the false idols, all gods being one, and the rapture coming about.
Anyway, I can finally mark the chronicles off my list.
