The Washington Post review blurb on the back of the book calls Wool “claustrophobic,” and that’s a description that kept occurring to me while I raced through this thrilling, tense, sad and clever book. It feels like an instant classic in the vein of The Stand, The Road, and other works of dark but thoughtful dystopia. Loved it, can’t wait to read the rest of the series.
