Dr. Strange Beard by Penny Reid
3.0
It took me quite a few chapters to really get into the book. At least eight. I wanted more from Roscoe in the beginning. I got more Roscoe by the end, and I trust Penny Reid’s chapter layouts.
By the end of the book, Ms. Reid has pulled out all the feels. The emotional Sherpa was leading me. She does do a great job incorporating real world issues. Brava.
There were definitely unanswered questions by the end. I do feel like I missed a lot in the comings and goings of the Winston family.
The book remains unrated because I am not quite sure how I feel about the story.
Sorry Simone and Roscoe but Shelly and Beau are my favorite.
