Keeping Her by Cora Carmack
4.0

This novella was almost nauseatingly mushy. I mean take two creative, emotional types that find that one person that fits them and are still relatively new into their relationship. I’m talking diabetic levels of sweetness and PDA. But when things are that perfect, I’m always wondering what is coming around the corner to ruin it. Well it isn’t around the corner, but across the pond. Bliss is going to meet the future-in-laws. In-laws that are corporate uppity types. The reason that Garrick had to leave England for America to do what he loved.

Well, these two stand up to the pressure test. They remind us that it isn’t always going to be easy to live the dream and happy always beats a fat bank account.
