I really enjoyed Into the North. Marcus and Agnar's relationship was fraught at times, but the author did a great job of making sure that their physical intimacy wasn't tied directly to their dynamic, and consent was given. The historical world building was awesome as well, with the Agnar's village and the people within being filled with memorable characters.
