Quinn, she’s your typical high school student. One day she loses her prize possession (her journal). Carter is the culprit since he last had her belongings. Shortly after, she starts getting blackmailed. As a team effort, Carter helps her search to find answers. Hmm…does she know the blackmailer?

As their little playful romance develops, they learned life lessons together. A few stood out to me; being black doesn’t require you to talk or act a certain way. Opening up to your parents is often okay. Unfortunately, racism will exist. Be proud of you are as a person and stand up for yourself.
