Reckless Love by Nichole Greene

Did not finish book. Stopped at 77%.

This book moved a little too fast for my taste. I should have known going in that I wouldn't like it since I'm not a big fan of the professor-student romance trope but that wasn't really what bothered me (okay maybe a little..). Mostly it was that I didn't really like any of the supporting characters, at all. The MC's twin sister was highly annoying and so was her boyfriend. Additionally, for a couple where they are both supposed to be sooo smart they sure do stupid $hit.

For example, sleep together in his office. Both of you have your own place! He lives alone go there! Stop risking it at your workplace dude!

Now I don't want to completely bash this book, I really liked the involvement of a character with PCOS and the conversations that revolved around that. The talk about self esteem and learning to love oneself. That scene with the mirror and the sharpie, so cute 💞. Overall, I think mostly I couldn't get over the fast pace and the bad supporting characters.
