Carmilla's aliases are so funny! Ending was a bit obvious but still solid. This book has the old-fadhioned trope of just dumping all the lore in an explanation at the end of the book instead of weaving it into the plot like a modern book would, which I still sometimes enjoy despite this having fallen out of style.
