Pelosi by Molly Ball

4.0

This biography comprehensively looks at Pelosi’s rise in politics through the Bush, Obama, Trump years. It is compelling. You get a feel for her personal ethos in Congress. You see how she rises and falls and rises again to power. It’s mostly focused on her professional life and I would have found more of a mix of personal with the professional a good addition to this book. From my understanding, Susan Page from USA Today who wrote a bio on Barbara Bush is also working on a Pelosi bio—I look forward to this bio when it’s released.
