i love the subtle diversity of the cast of characters and i love the characters in general. they are all so wonderful and i want to be friends with all of them. i appreciated a lot how the main conflict was handled because her original idea to fix it made me annoyed so i'm very glad that was not what actually happened. the hearing scene was hilarious and emotional. loved the balance of emotion and humor throughout the book
