This was a very cute, high school drama story that I enjoyed listening to. Although Patch, our main character, had moments that had me rolling my eyes, his antics were very high school coded, so it made sense for the story. I liked the setting of the drama club and leading up to both the play and prom, and Patch had some really great friends.
I felt like the title also helped hold the expectations of the story, and I liked the added letter writing to his pen-pal that kind of felt like letters to the reader.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cute, high school story with drama and finding love.
