Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

4.0

Published in the 1950s, the messages and warnings in this book still ring true today: the dangers of censorship, the destructive influence of mass media on our ability to think criticically, and the resiliency of human knowledge and connection. When I first read this in high school, the takeaway was very abstract. I'm glad I read it again.
