I wasn’t as enthralled by this one as some other non fiction I’ve read lately but this one was very well done. The first section about Key West was fascinating to me along with the later chapters about Norfolk then speculation on what will happen in the future… the middle got a little dense for me. I do commend the amount of research that went into this book and I do appreciate how people’s actual life scenarios are used to demonstrate the points being made. Definitely recommend the audio as it was like listening to longer podcast episodes.
