I absolutely loved this book. The stories were charming and the pictures were an excellent supplement. I listened to the audiobook and followed along in the physical book to view the pictures. The audio is predominantly read by Jeopardy! champion Ken Jennings with some chapters mixed in read by Alex Trebek himself. I loved hearing about his family and his background as well as the path he took to Jeopardy! Several of the chapters were very short and wished there had been more detail, but all in all the stories were excellent. Some of the discussion about his life post-diagnosis with pancreatic cancer felt so devastating, even more since he succumbed to the disease not long after the book published. I shed several tears in listening to this book, but it was so touching and heartwarming.
