Meh. I’m generally not a fan of contemporary romance so that’s part of it. Read for romance book group theme “literary”.
The “twist” was obvious from the start as was the choice she’d make. I thought it was predictable and boring with A LOT of detailed food descriptions. I only finished because I was reading for book group.
