So. many. times. while reading this book I wanted to shake Emma and scream at her that yes, her "apparently not dead" husband was right for her once but surprise surprishe she's since moved on with her life, which is perfectly okay! Why try to backtrack? Why gamble an amazing relationship and life on a chance that the guy you once thought was your forever might still be compatible with you?... The scenes where Jesse was all determined that they're both still the same as before the accident and they can and WILL make it work killed a couple of my brain cells, too.

Happy with the resolution though. Not sure I 100% buy into the whole character growth Jesse exhibited in the last pages but oh well.
