i LOVED this middle grade book so much. there's something so magical yet deep about middle grade books,, i can't even explain it. i read it in a weekend (a record for me!) and totally adored it. it reminded me a lot of “when life gives you mangoes” by kereen getten (in the best way possible!) so i absolutely recommend reading both of them :')
